We accept back Unused Items ONLY. What do we mean "Unused Items"?
Yes, we do accept an order cancellation, a product returned/refund or a product change, provided that the purchased product returns back to us in a perfect condition.
What do we call "Perfect condition"
Please make sure that your item is unopened, unused and undamaged (unless it is faulty), plus all shrink wrapping, packaging and/or leaflets and instructions must be intact.

Pack the product/s in a discreet packaging and ship it with the same courier company as received. Remember to detail whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Your request will be handled and processed as soon as possible and you will be notified when we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse.
